Housing

Two Female Students Seeking Spring Housing!
We're two sophomores seeking apartment-style housing or an in-house rental that is relatively close to the Swarthmore campus. Ideally, we are looking for either a one or two-bedroom rental.

Both of us are vegetarian and abstain from alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.

We're also enthusiastic about bartering to do household chores, pet/house-sitting, or gardening!

Center City Bi-Level Loft Available Dec-July
I'm looking for someone to take over my beautiful Center City apartment's lease in December (dates are flexible though I would prefer mid-December). The lease will be up in July when you can discuss renewing it with the landlord (Would consider subletting with furniture.)

The apartment is on the first floor but faces the back of the building, so it's very quiet. It has a beautiful exposed brick wall, dishwasher, central air, etc. The loft fits a queen sized bed, dresser, and bedside table comfortably and it has a large closet. The living room is large with very high ceilings. The building has a washer/dryer in the basement and is well-maintained. I rent directly from the landlord, who lives in the building, so you don't have to deal with annoying management companies. There are many restaurants and shops in the area, including whole foods and super fresh within 3 blocks.

If you're interested in coming to take a look, please send me an e-mail or call (650-380-3196).
